Fivestone was honored to work with the Event Strategy Group (ESG) team  to develop an engaging and visually striking lobby experience at Lenovo’s Raleigh executive briefing center.

Challenge & Opportunity

The timeline was tight and the goal ambitious. How could we welcome visitors with immersive digital experiences that both spotlighted Lenovo’s broad portfolio of offerings and created instant wow factor? To top it all off, the Lenovo team needed to create highly personalized, elegant engagements for each visiting group. 

Approach

  • CMS / Video Wall – The Fivestone team created a large animation library with distinct visuals rooted in Lenovo’s brand ethos. In addition, our team developed a flexible content toolkit and intuitive CMS application that allowed for easy curation of content, dynamic playlists and editable headlines.  In the end, the Lenovo team was able to create their own personalized experiences for visitors and continuously refresh content utilizing our video templates.

  • AI Photobooth – We created multiple interactive photobooths that showcased Lenovo hardware and their partnerships with Nvidia, FIFA & more.
