David grew up in the freezing ice of Latvia, in Eastern Europe, in a very art-centric family. With three dancers in the family, he went and studied Beethoven, Mozart and other classical music stalwarts at a Russian Music Conservatory, and then graduated from Belmont with a degree in Music Composition. With a love of music and a heart for storytelling, David began working in film scoring and editing, and quickly realized there was an infinite way to cut stories together in a way that engaged audiences in the most compelling way. That understanding of engaging people through stories, while also creating something that compels people to action or an emotion because a lifelong obsession. Not being satisfied with just one aspect of the filmmaking process, David began writing, directing, producing and editing visual media of all sorts, and has been doing that ever since.
