QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a UI Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant projects.

• You are proficient at using Figma.. You can design systematically and create design systems and UI kits that serve the user and form a connected experience.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility best practices in your work.

• Understand that motion is an essential part of interactive design, and ensure that it’s integrated at the onset of the design process and carried through to development.

• Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced, agile environments.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wireframing and Prototyping:

  • Develop wireframes, sketches, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts anduser flows.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and user insights.

• UI Design:

  • Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

  • Design user interfaces for various platforms, including web, mobile, and potentially other digital interfaces.

  • Develop iconography, typography, and color palettes that enhance usability and aesthetics.

• Interaction Design:

  • Design and define interactive elements, animations, and transitions to improve use engagement and usability.

  • Ensure smooth and intuitive navigation through the digital products.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

  • Present and communicate design concepts and rationales effectively to cross-functionalteams.

• Stay Current with Design Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the UI field.

  • Continuously enhance your design skills and knowledge to drive innovation.

OTHER

• Visual acuity sufficient to read alphanumeric symbols, design software programming for computer application, code development, system debugging, etc..

• Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to challenging issues that arise.

• Fluency in English with the proficiency to demonstrate the ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak in English in order to perform effectively in the role.
