LifePoint approached us during the final phases of building their new corporate headquarters. They wanted an interactive map that allowed visitors, employees, and partners to explore the 60+ hospitals that were a part of their growing network. The challenge was that the project had a very short timeline that was made even shorter by the holidays. They needed the project delivered by January 2nd,  in time for all the employees arriving at their new location on the first day.

Solution

After a quick exploratory phase, we determined that the interactive project would require a custom application that included:

  • a high resolution custom map that allowed dynamic zoom capabilities
  • a strong branding video that served as an ‘attractor loop’ that would pull in visitors while reinforcing LifePoint’s mission and core values.
  • a database driven backend that automatically updates as LifePoint adds hospitals.

Results

The finished product was a 47″ interactive, touch screen display located in the lobby of LifePoint Hospitals in Brentwood, TN.
